Eileen Aubele loves being apart of the Alberti Realty team. No stranger to real estate, she has been

active in investing with her husband since 2003. During that time, they have seen all kinds of real estate

markets and used many different strategies to get houses bought and sold. “I love distressed

properties! There is something to finding an unwanted property and helping the seller move forward to

get it sold. It’s a fresh start for everyone!” Joining Lois’s team has been refreshing and fun. Lois has a

Joe is originally from and currently resides in Havre de Grace with his wife and daughter. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2009 and graduate degree from Notre Dame College of Maryland in 2018 while working in the education field for just over a decade. Joe started working part time in real estate in 2017 and decided to transition to a full time agent in the state of Maryland in the summer of 2020. He received his licence in the state of DE in the spring of 2021. In his first full year as an agent Joe received the homesnap award for being in the top 25% of agents nationwide. In his second year he was awarded top 5% nationwide. Joe specializes in investment property acquisition and residential listings.
